tamiya type 10 any one got one ?

Hi all
Just thought I woukd ask if any one has botherd with getting a tamiya 1/16 type 10
is it true the road wheels are all plastic and no rubber rims ....
Is there any hop ups out there as I can't seem to find any ting at all
