What colour tank crew ?

Hi all. I'm looking for advice on what colour uniform for the tank crew on this tank ? And where to get them. I would like the driver also for the opening hatches at the front. I'm sure this colour tank never existed, but if anyone can think of a near match for the crew......maybe Africa corp ?

Hi Jeman,
Search on eBay for a seller called: Mitsu-evo10-2008
He sells model tank crew ready painted, he will also paint them up in whatever colour scheme you require as long as you provide reference pictures and he doesn't charge extra.
