So, you've got your tracks the right way round, the TC's cupola is facing forwards, and your Pz III's headlights look more like the real thing. If at this point you are happy with your tank then give it a coat of paint and enjoy.
If however, the moulded on tools, oversize turret stowage box, out of scale gun barrel, misaligned return rollers or any of the other detailing defects are a source of irritation. Don't worry, you are in the right place.
I'm not going to attempt to show how to correct all of the above here as that would be re-inventing the wheel. Have a look at the 'Tank Builds' section, use the 'Search' function, or post a question. This forum is a gold mine of information and everyone will be happy to help.
