Here are some shots of my W.I.P of the headphones for my Tank commander, I still have the box to make for the jacks, as well as the throat mike and bits to do with that so would like your comments on the work so far...

What I used, three sizes of plastic tubing...



Florists wire...



two thin strands of wire from a fine electiric cable....



the earphone...



all glued togeter....

the cloth on the headphone "rails" is actually a piece of paper superglued on.

                will look great completed on the tank commanders head 

thats a nice scratchbuild idea madfox, it will save you a few £'s and look better than bought ones

cheers guys, well I have scrapped that set, I wasn't impressed with them and I had another idea, using some of the same stuff and some new bits and bobs, so when I get a minute I'll post some piccies and tell you what changes I've made to the design.
