Suspension sag on tanks

Can't take any credit fo this observation saw it on another site ( Now I can't find it to give the author his due ). Has anyone noticed that if you leave your RC tank on display the suspension soon starts to sag. More so if you have added lot's of metal extras. Apparantly the answer to this little problem is to make some polystyrene or hard foam packaging supports that you slide under the tank body while it's stood idle to take the weight off the suspension springs, reducing the loading on the springs. Also a good idea to make some sort of a tray that the tracks slot into for when the tank is being transported I would think. I will be using this idea as soon as I get some polystyrene/hard foam. All the best for now
