As ever lovely work Paul, but a long time ago I made the comment on the Forum about 1/16 figures,
Me and my fellow soldiers when given the choice would fire a Rifle or GPMG from the prone position, yet finding 1/16 figures in such positions is almost impossable, I have often wondered why?

1/18 nicely combinations with tank really good.
Nice 1/16 figures makers- Kirin, Verlinden, Dragon, Legend.

"Absolutely, There are plenty of good 1/16 or 12mm figures out there now. A lot different from when I started making 120mm figures 25 years ago, Verlinden was about all there was really. I remember going to Euro Militaire at Folkestone every year to see the latest releases and stock up on figure kits. The internet has made sourcing figure kits so much easier."
What would we do without the Internet? I build 1/8 historic r/c Aircraft and for years I had to carve and/or mould full length Pilot figures of the period but with the advent of the "WWW" I quickly discovered a source in Norfolk, so that is one less thing I have to do,Tim Berners Lee the savior of my sanity.

Thank you for your kind offer, but right now in the bottom of my WW2 accessory box are three 1/9 pilot busts (a German an American and a RNZAF one)
The problem was never Pilot Busts, but full length pilot figures preferably seated were ever a rarity, but now I have a reliable suppier in Norfolk.
yet again thanks.
