I was warned I would lose all my cash to this hobbie. I've almost finished my Stug, Now picked up a cheap HL Tiger1 and HL PZIII that doesnt run. I have all my running gear from the stug so the PZIII wont be an issue :D

YEAH a "cheap" anything is never! Its like getting a FREE kitten or puppy, they ain't free once you figure food and vets! Same damn thing with these tanks! My awesome deal Taigen King Tiger I got for $250 is now WELL over a grand! Good thing is there isn't really anything left to buy for it. :haha:

Agree with all that. Last month I bought a Torro Tiger 1 kit to build a SturmTiger and planned to use the kits unused upper hull as an alternative for my RTR Torro Tiger 1.
That plan changed this weekend when I discovered I needed a late set of tracks for the SturmTiger, meaning there's just too much of the kit left over so I'm left with no choice but to buy a complete lower hull and build another Tiger 1 :haha:

Yes it's a long and slippery slope from a small hobby to a full-time addiction. I started with a plan to scratch build an LCVP, then needed something to put in it so I scratch built a universal carrier, then found this web site. 8O   Spent many hours looking and thinking and getting properly hooked! Then bought a spares/repair Tiger as you do, and got it working and that was it - addicted! Since then has come the Hobby Engine Abrams , various trucks and the artillery, and now the M7 Priest. Meanwhile I now have a workshop full of stuff and a burning desire to build more, more I tell you! :haha: :haha:   Alwyn
