A simple whitewash with any type of paint you use thinned out to represent how white you want it to be. Then rub the places that the tanks crew would ordinarily have contacted a lot to remove some of the whitewash. Than overspray with a clear flat coating that's compatible with whatever paint you used for the whitewash.
Go to the showoff forum and in the searchbox at the top of the page type in winter camo. when you hit the search icon you will get to see a lot of winter whitewash paint schemes Mostly on german armor but the pictures will give you an idea of the results you can achieve.

Hi Panzerhun , I thought you had fixed the hatch shut to stop the BB gun being loaded ( for safety ? ). A larger battery is good - but you will need a suitable charger as well . Blimp .
to the bouncy room ! Yay !
