Hi well I'm back to basics here with the new Mato Sherman lower hull :S , how do I get the drive sprockets off in order to get the gearboxes out so I can fix the suppression on the motors? There doesn't seem to be a cover to remove on the sprocket as with my HL tiger. I don't want to charge in and started pulling, twisting, and unscrewing things as my experience with blowing my RX18 board due to incorrect plugs and suppression issues has now taught me to now ask advice first before starting anything with this build! Any assistance on this will me most appreciated. OK problem solved. There is a small square hole in the centre hub of the sprocket offset to one side, and if you place a small flat head screwdriver in this hole and very carefully move it anti-clockwise the sprocket centre can be removed. The centre has a bayonet type fitting to stop it coming loose during driving. Once removed, there is a phillips head screw inside which allows the sprocket to be removed. This cunning device is non-intuitive and took some very careful fiddling to suss out, anyway problem solved and the modifications can commence. :D Alwyn
