What I do know is that it is from HOWES in Oxfordshire and they have proven to be trustworthy in the past but as you say the hull is not a TIGER even though it is being sold as such,What concerns me is not that the hull is wrong but that a reputable dealer is selling some thing other than what it really is, I wonder how lawful misrepresenting something for profit is?

The more you look at it...the more possibilities are seen....not sure what those bogies can be used for..but dang they look kind of cool

I've seen these on sale in the UK over the past few years. There are a few variants and they all seem to use the same lower hull from what I recall.
They are very basic childrens toys, eg designed for kids to play with for 30 minutes, and they really wouldn't know or care whether it was a faithfull replica or not.

Just been doing a bit of searching on google and the chassis looks very much like the M24 Chaffee except the chaffee has one less track return idler. Maybe this could be used to build a chaffee? There are also some interesting variants including M19 AA gun carraige, M37 105mm gun, and the M41 155 Howitzer version. Alwyn
