Up to now I have been running the servos from a 4.8v battery pack, but found the drive servos to be slow so looked for a 6v battery and found a 6v sealed lead acid for reasonable cost but I need to make it fit into the dozer!
So after some measuring I found this bad boy.
Fits the model well and adds a nice bit of weight which should help with traction.
So roughly shoved here
And a temp base to hold in place
Now for a test drive

Re: Bruder Cat Dozer
Been a while since I did anything with this model, hence the dust
I bought one of these bruder sets
Brush and shovel and maybe the tool box is go to accessorise my tipper truck. So that left me a construction figure which now sits in the dozer
Then decided to add a orange beacon which I bought recently.
Now just waiting for replacement receiver to arrive and then I can put it all back together, and I think it will be complete.
