Is Heng Long & Matorro one and the same?

Is there any build quality benefits of getting one over the other or would I just be paying for the same model pretty much?

Thanks

Merlin,
I forget who asked this before ( a number of times ) but HL is HL. Matorro is also Torro ( something to do about being the European dealer ) Taigen is in bed with Asiatam now and still uses some of the HL molds for their older version tanks ( even tho' they have been cleaned up and given metal components as stock, etc. ) Mato is Mato even tho' most of their stuff ( used ) to interchange with HL and Taigen tanks but not so much any longer, running gear-wise ) It gets a lot more involved but I'm too sore today to be typing out a book again. There is probably a thread somewhere with all of this in it.
warm regards,
Painless

Thanks Painless, now I know there's a dedicated thread I'll do some digging. Thank you.
