I would bid on it meself, in a hot minute, just for the radio alone makes it worth it! But i just bought a Panther G, no 2.4 gig radio, just to get the upper hull...bids are still active of course s of now, December 9 2014.
Not sure if he will ship across the pond or if so will the cost be worth it but US buyers might see a sweet deal. I'm guessing by the end time of the bidding will be at least $70.
Updated today, deal ended. I guess there's more savvy buyers out there. Lesson learned-if you want to sell your tank leave it original I think

That certainly is a sweet deal. Like you, I have a completed build of a 2.4 Taigen Panther G. Someone will certainly benefit from this.

I am kicking myself since I just paid $60 for one without the radio and can't get out of it now
. I'd bid another 20 just to get radio. As of 09:09 AM PST its got 1 day and 6 hours left, for anyone wanting a Panther G with the 2.4 gig cheap...DRAT.

Sounds like you are sold on the 2.4 since your T34 Marc....this one is a nice deal..if I didn't already have a Panther I would have had a go as well...but hey...it'll be a fun one to watch...I'm sure there are snipers just waiting till it ends

Oh yeah alpha, since i retrofitted in the king tiger, every tank I own has the 2.4 gig. I got tired of all the extra hardware, the crystals falling out, antennas that required any attention at all - and the erratic performance that drove me crazy. So long as the Tx batteries are at strength the signal is 100% always. I'd have quit the hobby months ago if not for the 2.4 radios...

Can't really beat the cost as well....With the RXs running aroud 30 dollars....it's well worth the added performance...the only gripe I have about the 2.4 is the TX lacks trims ...one of my Shermans has an imbalance in motor performance...trims would fix that
