The duklegelb is xf-64, I use red brown and olive green for my trio colour camo. Uniform grey is probably more realistic though!

Tom, XF-64 is Red-Brown

. XF-58 is the green and XF-60 is the yellow.
Jake, read this and all will be revealed:
http://www.stugiii.com/germanvehiclecamouflage.html. The only mistake there is using XF55 for a later Dunkelgelb. There is little evidence to suggest that it was that light.

I'd construct the turret but leave the gun out and the turret left off to prime, the wheels, sprockets and idlers and prime and paint those individually. Construct the hull as guided and prime before adding the electrics and build the upper hull and prime. Once done the two hull hhalves are easy to paint together, as is the fully assembled turret. I'd paint the running gear while it's off the tank and easily to handle. That's how I did mine at any rate..
