So after it took 15 business days for my last order to come in from Germany I had them send it certified so I could track and not have to bother Dominique from rctanks.de. However when I looked this afternoon when I got home from work it says my package is out for delivery today. WOO HOO its only been a week this is great! But wait...... WTF is this? Its out for delivery in BROOKLYN NEW YORK? But I live in BROOKLYN PARK MARYLAND! WRONG STATE YOU IDIOTS!!! I called the USPS and they said oh its departed for its final destination but that could mean its coming from Brooklyn New York to me in Brooklyn Park Maryland and then she asks me how far is Brooklyn New York from Brooklyn Park Maryland and when I told her its like a 6 hour drive she says "uhhhhhhhhh well just keep an eye on the tracking I'm sure its heading to you but don't worry its a certified package which means it must be signed for" Yeah like NO ONE in New York would EVER steal something!

Dominique has been great to deal with, she's tryed to ship it to me different so it wouldn't take so long and what happens? The IDIOT'S in the USPS send it to the wrong freaking state!

I'm sure my stuff is lost this time I just wonder what to do about it cause I'm damn sure not gonna be out $80!

Today I had a package received from Germany. Tracking said it was out for delivery in Massachusetts but I live in Connecticut. I was concerned but then 10 seconds after I opened the tracking page it was dropped off with me. Good luck, hope it arrives!

Sov, I emailed Dominique and she replied VERY fast that she sent it what is my correct address so its the USPS who dropped the ball. Once it says its been delivered I'm filing a claim against them for the money since she sent it certified mail signature required.

Yesterday, Tracking said that an item was out for delivery and then said delivered. I looked outside, nothing. I turned on the outdoor lights then checked again, literally, 10 minutes later at 8:30 p.m. local time and the small box was sitting at the door. Much later than UPS normally delivers so don't give up hope yet, Jackalope.

I never knew whether Dominique is a boy or girl. I guess it is a she. I have to stop calling her "Dom".

USPS Tracking post out for delivery once the package leaves the main hub, which can mean to your local post office ,then to your home.They will not display the local office in the tracking system route display. So don't loose heart yet.

Check and see if the NEW YORK location is listed on the USPS site as the main hub serving your area,generally its a 200 mile radius in my part of the US.
When I ship to anyone in the UK from Memphis,oddly the package goes to Florida,before leaving the US? Trying to make sense of the US POSTAL SERVICE will drive a person insane,but to date they have not lost a single tank part. Except in my front yard

How weird is this? It showed as delivered last night in Brooklyn New York and it showed up to my house today! What good is a tracking number if you can't track anything with it?
