I have added the shurzen to my Hetzer. I did not do the three separate panels (purists look away now) but one with scribe lines to indicate them. This is a battle tank and it makes it easier this way. They are mounted at two points and hinge up to service the track and remove the upper hull.

oorah great lookin hetzer, cammo paint is sweet. Did you scratch build this ? you dont see many hetzers here so good to see. outstanding model.
