Found some really good information on the King Tiger that I wanted to share with you guys. LOTS of information abounds here on the Tiger but I feel the King Tiger could use more information so here you guys go.

Found this other board and it has a VERY informative posting on the King Tiger and it argues some of the myths surrounding it.

Good information jackalope. I enjoyed the WWII vids. I've found that youtube has some good tank documentaries. Thanks for sharing.

The definitive book - at least for super-detailing the King Tiger in 1/16 (inside and out) is going to be David Parker's book - out later this month:

I don't know but if you collect AFV Modeller magazine, it features in that over several editions. It's really good if you're doing a KT from the first 2 production runs and the references are generally excellent.

To be honest its spread over 20+ editions. Its probably cheaper to buy the book, although the price is pretty steep. http://shop.afvmodeller.com/customer/home.php?cat=256

AFV modeller is a great magazine though, out of all of the modelling magazines I find its the most informative in how to learn how to do stuff. That an the Weathering Magazine. That is a great think to read.
