A sense of scale

My new acquisitions came today, I'll start proper build threads for each, but for now I'd like to give a sense of how big the KV-5 actually is!
As you can see she's about half as big again as the KV-2, a real beast! Lots of upgrades planned and she's going to be a proper battler. Ifa of course!

There are plenty of tamiyas upstairs though

In all seriousness I've never proclaimed to be a one brand man, just trying to find the cheapest way to get a decent runner. Often this is a second hand tamiya however I've got HL, hooben, asiatam and taigen a in my collection! I'm looking forward to getting the bells and whistles working on the ARV. The KV-5 will be receiving a lot of upgrades too.
