ALPHA I do not know whether you would like the place or not, BRIGHTON is a seaside resort on the ENGLISH south coast but unlike the sandy beaches of the Hawaiian islands BRIGHTONS consist's of egg sized pebbles, the only saving grace is that there is a NUDIST beach you might wish to visit, the true down side is the exibition is in the middle of Winter. :haha: shaun

You don't want to go to that beach. As a Brightonian by birth, I can say with some authority that all you'll see at that beach is men in their 50's who probably want to lay off the pies and the occasional grandmother who's half a century past her prime. It is not for the faint hearted.

If you want a real highlight, try the Trolls Pantry at the Hobgoblin pub. It does burgers which are simply awesome. People come from other countries to try them. Also if you like proper beer, the Evening Star pub which is right next to the station does some fantastic Darkstar brewery beer and ales. Makes that train journey so much more pleasant.

I agree. That beach scarred me, after the life drawing classes in college I'd thought id seen some scary sights. I was wrong.
