Thank you so much for this tip, I did it to my HL Panther G today, shackel does not pop off anymore from tracks hitting them. Easy to do, just used my model saw and they came off easy, liquid humbrol glue to weld them back on the other side and done, looks way better too. I had a bit of loose track sprocket slip also, so took one link out of track and now track slip problem solved too, hurray.
