RC Tank Warfare community hobby forum

How many have heard of this film yet? Its due to be released this fall and is said to be the greatest tank movie of all time. Starring a bunch of Shermans and (drum roll please) Tiger #131 fresh from the museum and repainted to be in movie combat with the Shermans!

Here's some links I found and it looks pretty bad ass and from the way the museum director talks they really did 131 justice in this movie.

I can honestly say this is one movie I'll go see on opening day!

Same here. Really been looking forward to it. Lots of faux-Tigers in movies over my life but this will be the first one with a real Tiger 1 in it not to mention all of the Shermans. *rubs hands*

MUCH better then Kelly's Hero's and those "Tigers" I still love that movie tho but now that I know better I chuckle when I see the Tigers.

Not many tanks in my favorite war flick... but I don't think any will beat BAND OF BROTHERS ...that production was OUTSTANDING

and two saw some of the tanks being deliverd to the loction in watlington oxfordshire .
we stay at a camp site near by the owner told us were it was all filmed about 5 minute walk a lot of the extra cast and crew camped at the site

Tanks good... Brad Pit............... beh I think what will make or break the movie is the editing ...A lot of times what is seen on previews are the best parts of the movie...

Brad Pitt AND Shia LaBeouf. But here is hope, World War Z wasn't that bad and the Transformers movies were pretty good so I have hope for this. Now have that Tiger turn into a giant robot and it'll be pure gold!
