Not another Tiger update.......

Hi guys,
I noticed that there is a glut of Tiger tank updates lately as we should consider changing the forum name to rcTIGERtankwarfare....... So hate to do this but want to show off my latest project. Another Tiger ! Wait, not quite. Half a Tiger anyway. I saw the interesting kit offered by Asiatam a while ago which is basically a paper panzer of the Sturm Tiger, so I figure, what the heck. I bought the 38cm barrel separately anyway just in case I don't like the look of the Jagd Sturm Tiger. Parts bin consists of:
- Asiatam Jagd Strum Tiger metal superstructure and 88mm barrel
- Asiatam Strum Tiger 38cm barrel/mantlet and mount
- Taigen Early Tiger I upper hull
- Taigen Late Tiger I metal lower with metal boggies/sprockets/idlers (Plastic tracks right now but will swap out when the metal one shows up)
- Clark Tk-22 Tiger board/Turnigy 9x radio receiver (Going to 9XR soon).
As you will see in the last photo, I have two servo set-up, one for the recoil of the 88mm, and one for the elevation of the 38cm. The Asiatam upper is such that with three bolts you can take the whole gun assembly off and swap in the other one. In my case I just have to hook up he proper control arms and then off I go. No recoil/flash for the 38cm, and no elevation for the 88mm. I could have planned it out such that I will use only one servo for both, but that's way too much planning for me......
Youtube video showing the elevation of the 38cm pre-camo. I manage to get pretty close to the real thing, about 85 degree.

Enjoy !
