My congratulations SIR! My recollection of the dress uniform of the United States Marine Corps is that is primarily black so you could be easily mistaken for that nice Michael Wittman in his tank overalls!!! Oh by the way in our mess promotion meant a party and lots of DRINK, give me a minute I shall go find a glass. shaun

USMC captain uniform. Dark blue, not black. But the Marines do have the best dress uniform the US has IMHO.

imitated by many... wanted even by other branches ...and to be honest... a personal preferred garb in comparison the the dress uniform
