One of the suspension arms broke so I made a new one-

The orange is waste PLA thats been melted down with Plastic Weld. I use it to glue, weld and fill PLA.

Nice fix there.
If you continue to have issue I would try deleting the undercuts, would just keep the arm width the same a the pivot ends, the undercuts look to be a stress risers. Without FEA analysis, minimal material design is difficult. Try using fillets/radius where the elements interface. Of course this could centralise the bending moment at the stub axle and that being threaded... Experimentation arise.

I printed it with a 100% fill so it's solid. It should be stronger then the remaining arms.
The original arms were hollow (I filled them in) and as you can just about see in the 3rd pic there is only a U shaped bit of plastic that joins the hub that bolts to the tank to the rest of the arm.

Don't you like when small accidents like that happen lol...truly adds realism ....noticed you added a metal bushing or sleeve on the repair..the only question now is ...Are you going to do the rest

Yeah... not all that impressed with WSN plastic....You must have got a good one
