Hi,

This problem developed this evening, when the smoke generator is on everything else just stops, but it doesn't turn off and I cant turn it off with the remote. When its off, everything works as normal.

Opened it up, but I cant see whats wrong? Any ideas?

There should be a red switch somewhere to turn off the smoker. What kinds of tank do you have ? If it is HL it would be on the bottom, if it is Taigen metal edition then it depends. Some are on the bottom of the tank, some are inside the tank.

Sounds like low battery also and the smoker is drawing all the power.
