Alpha,
A lot of time and effort and patience went into this Sherman. It is obvious and evident from first glance to last detail noted. Excellent job, my friend. ;o)
warm regards,
Painless

really looks good now with plastic sleeve off main gun and the turret appears to have been trimmed down so it doesn't stick so high up.
Kind of like the skirts, they make the tank look like it just was built arrived in theater and has seen no action yet.

Having her sit next to my FoV... felt she lacked something... the tracks gave her some girth ..Now she's not so lean...but looking very mean

...later she'll get a 2.4 rig

Not as nice or detailed as some other builds... but she's up to Girls und Panzer Snuff ...perhaps a little more...which is plenty good enough
Thanks Scalawag

Hey there Giant.... The way I model my tanks is very different from others on the board... they are replicated to that of an Anime "GIRLS UND PANZER" It's about schools that compete in tournaments ... the theory being the regimentation.. builds character
One of the disciplines being maintaining their assigned vehicles ...reason you will never see one of my tanks weathered ...as they are repaired after every match

This Sherman wears skirts because she is supposed to lol... She's the only one in the group that had them
You are correct about the barrel and the turret.. for some reason it's some of the details on the Mato that is a "must do" if modifying the tank IMO... the other being the light guards...I redid the Mantlet just because
She has come a long way from beginning to end...almost a month to finish...but all in all.. I'm pretty satisfied with the final result ...especially her new shoes
Thanks Giant

Thanks fyndad

....The tracks really filled up those skirts... The best aspect being Herman can't say anything about "skinny legs" anymore

She's riding PHAT now ( PRETTY HOT ATTACK TANK or PRETTY HOT AND TASTY )
Thanks for all the Tips and Input Fynsdad ( especially those wheels )

Gotta give you credit mate, pumping all them happy meals into her just made the legs fill out a bit .
What a differnce to the look.............
Now you just have to accept the fact as I did that on occasion a skirted Sherman does sometimes have a part of its skirt out of place & lose one or two pleats
