Bit late as I've already bought it, I have been told to run a faster servo as a lot of issues with it being slow is to do with crappy tamiya servo

Hi
Great build should get mine in 5or6 days.could I ask where you got your set of bearings.
I see tankzone are out of stock. I'd like to get them before the kit turns up.
Many thanks, Brian...

You can get impact bearings from mitosal.com. he's in the far east but fedex ships very quickly. You can also find them on eBay. There is usually a set on sale.

I just used the cheapest seller on eBay I could find, no point spending a fortune as it's hardly a performance application, think I paid about £24 for the full set

Hi
Can see that your near to putting the camo on I think. How will you go about it o- . Base coat green or black. I was thinking of putting the black first then camo up with the green and brown!!!. Nice to get some other views. Hope you don't mind me asking. I"m about 1/4 of the way into my build and it"s gone really well :D no cock up"s yet.The ABS glue from Tamiya works really well I"ll do the same as you and put all the lighting in at the end of the build
Best Regards, Brian...

Hi Death Head!

Love to see a Leopard in progress... Can't wait to see your paint job. I would suggest not to buy the barrel stabiliser. It won't worth the money. It's no sense, that it moves the gun only up and down and no right-left movement and it's way too slow. It's better to spent the money on aftermarket metal parts like swing arms or idlers. With a little practice you can move the barrel during running, like the real barrel stabiliser in a 1/1 tank... ;)
I wouldn't sell my Leopard for a million dollars. It's not just the best runner tank, but my favorite runner from all my RC's. Fast, strong and LOUD! You will love it running outside and inside eighter. Somtimes when I get home from work, I put my Leo on the table and start it to listen to that gorgeous sound. :haha:
Keep up the good job!
Tamiya Leopard 2A6 • Heng Long ZTZ 99A • Tamiya Bruiser w/MFC-02 (Heavy as a tank and LOUD! lol :))
