hello everyone,

i am about to order a tiger full metal version from taigen.
however, i found that the torro has a similar (or the same) full metal version too.

just wondering do they share the same molds and metal parts? i live in Canada, so the taigen is $250 cheaper than the torro one. (any difference other than the wooden box)

i am also considering the torro full metal king tiger and the new panther G with the new correct metal hull.

the taigen full metal tiger is really cheap imo, but i was worry about the scale of this tiger since it was based on the old HL tiger. did taigen fix the scale issues from the HL tiger? i can fix the smaller scale issues, but i was worrying about the overal "shape" of the tiger since there's no way to fix the overall shape for a tank. the HL tiger doesn't feel "right", i feel it's a bit taller than a real tiger. (i'm a noob...i might be wrong)

or should i go with the torro king tiger full metal version or the new panther G with correct metal hull?

Hey, I think they're pretty much the same. The tooling has been improved especially the turret. The only issue for me is the moulded tools which are a pain to remove.

one more question, does the latest BB version taigen full metal tiger come with recoil?

Mine didn't, it was bb but apparently there is one avaliable but I haven't seen it. They do a plastic turret that is recoil though.

thank you. taigen should make more IR version... i guess i might just go with torro KT...
the new panther G is nice, but i don't know why they put the switches under the hull......

The recoiling Air-soft version has been delayed. The design has been available for production yet have never gone to production.

Also I believe the Torro version does not have molded tools, the Torro King Tiger certainly has metal removable tools,least ways mine does.

The molded tools have long needed to disappear, and have on some of the products. You have though raised a very interesting point.

Taigen as far as the one I have is a plastic hull with metal reinforcements
The torro one I just got is all metal and tough looking
