Good Morning, Bulldog,
Try a different pin from your spares on the (hopefully not many) links where you are having an issue. If that fails, replace the link. If you are not wanting to do that, go with some removable Loctite thread lock first, making sure to keep it to a minimum of application.
regards,
Painless

Hello bulldog.... if your tracks are metal... what Painless recommends with Loctite is the way I would go..if they are plastic.... run your tank full throttle in circles... (spin)... allow the pins to loosen up... push each one back in... putting (carefully) a drop of super glue one each side of the link where the pin is...that should solve the problem nicely...repeat if necessary... My Panzer IIIs all had this problem mostly because of he width of the tracks... they flex quite a bit.. Krazy glue worked fine
Good Luck

PS do not use loctite on plastic tracks... in time the tracks will melt

just a quick tip,I use a metal thimble (got mine from boyes 95p ) keeps the glue off your fingers & stops the track pins sticking in to fingers.
