Applelover hallo, I would think your axles are not being held firmly which allows them to not only spin but because they are not being restrained they tend to flail around and that will cause the Gearbox mounts to become loose. The solution if I am right is ASIATAM DRIVESHAFT SUPPORT BEARINGS,
http://www.welshdragonmodels.com
will have the correct item, you will have to use their menu to discover it. As to fitting, they are a very tight fit and will not easily travel down the axle unless you know the secret, which is to place the hull without tracks and sprockets and upper body in the freezer compartment overnight ( you might want to forget to tell your partner your doing this) in the morning remove it and place the new bearings on a hot plate for enough time for them to heat up but not so long as to melt the plastic, wipe the axles with a film of lithium grease, place the bearing over the end of the axle and with a small hammer give a firm tap on the bearing, it should slide all the way down the axle shaft without a hitch, secure the bearing and reassemble the Tank and all should be well, I hope that helps. PS I would fit axle support bearings to every Tank you buy if they do not already have them and if you change gearboxes you should put in new bearings as well. shaun
