HL King Tiger-what Taigen/Tamiya parts will interchange?

Im getting the Airsoft/HL King tiger 1/16 and i'll be modding it i'm pretty sure of that.
A lot of the better parts are available for the IMEX/Taigen and Tamiya king tigers, such as roller bearings for the wheels and so on. Is there any way to tell what parts will interchange without buying them? For example, i saw these "shock absorbers" for the IMEX Taigen KT. They are priced cheap, $15 US/9£, how to tell if they would even fit?

There seems to be even more parts for the Tamiya KT.
