M16 ""problems

my poor m16 .. does anybody know what replacement reseaver bored fits an more important works for my battle field wreck at moment '' after running it in the garden for 10 minutes or so it started getting the jitters first the quad guns started making a high pitch squealing noise then packed up'no longer go up or down then steering servo stuck and burned out , so any help appreciated ,,,, thanks ray.

Hey ray... try doing some searches on Youtube.... I recall seeing some people who changed all the servos to metal geared ones as well as the board ...careful taking that baby apart though .. I've heard it's tricky when it comes to that gun pack...make sure you don't break any of the barrels ...though I think I could probably get them to work.. I've heard they can't be repaired

hi' mike ye i broke two of them but i fashioned some new one's from plastic i saved the hard bit was cutting the grove for wires , put some nice orange l'e'd s just to fit it back together , just shame the guns no longer go up or down ' what i noticed is the up down is powerd by a reversible servo one for both movements may be this is why it damage things the steering servo was the gearing it jammed . think i will put it back together an forget the problem for now ,, do some stilling an see ,cheers ray .

i have been looking for a damaged M16 to convert as i want a standard M5 halftrack.
I might be willing to buy yours if price is right if you cant fix it.

Running stock, the M-16 battery life is poor. Sounds like your describing weak batteries. Did you remove the old batteries and install fresh new batteries before determining your M-16 is dead?

hi all the problem arouse when i was running it around garden trying to out run shell fire from my mates panther , the gun servo started oscillating '' like total dum ass .. i pushed the guns more an more an it damage the reseaver bored , everything else is working fine, just got to reassemble it then hang and think about what reseaver to replace wsn one with , because i still want the gun quad to work '' thanks ray.

i converted the battery box runs on a 9.6 v battery pack .. gives just over an hour continues running . i always discharge battery packs after running keep them healthy , thanks ray .

hi tim the m16 is my ongoing project so she not for sale but if i grow tired of it keep you in mind. thanks ray .
