Just to keep you all informed and up to date the weather hear in Nottingham is:

Roads are clear, church hall car park has snow compacted and iced just like most car parks but wont cause a problem

Cool, can anyone say what time this event is starting/finishing. what time should i aim to be there?

I'm afraid I've made the difficult and heart-rending decision not to go to the Nottingham meet tomorrow. I'm gutted but the weather makes it just too risky to travel 160+ miles and back again in one day.
Just got all my tanks sorted and batteries charged too!
Sorry folks. Will have to wait for another do before we meet up again.

Hi Chris Sorry to here you wont be there but I understand if the roads are bad where you are better to be safe than sorry dont want you to have an accident there will be other meetings I think we should try for a meeting at Easter some where.

hey, ive just been informed by pete (fleshpedlar) that we are not going either, makes sense that a 400 mile round trip isnt the safest to commit to in these conditions!

Sorry to hear that a few are dropping out quite understandably due to the weather, OK as of 20:20 hear in Notts all the roads are clear and have been since Friday outside temperature is +2 degrees though overnight it's expected to drop to -5, see you all in the morning 

i obviously wont be going, but i do wish you all luck(with the weather) and i hope you all have a great day, and some good battles. which would mean we would all get to see some cracking photos, and if there is any snow there take some in to the battle area and have a winter battle
