Hello everybody.

My name is Frédéric and I live in France, in Brittany, not far the "Mont Saint Michel". I live with my wife and my son, in the middle of campaign in a little house and my neighbours are English!!!! :D

I work in workshop for Renault, since 6 years soon, but before I worked for Nissan during 8 years. In march 2008, I have visited the Nissan factory at Sunderland near Newcastle during a stage.

One of my others passions is races cars and especially the 24 heures du mans!!! For me, one of the most beautiful race and I love this weekend to meet the English people, because your mind is completely different about the car and it is always a joy when an owner opened his car to sit down inside and speak about it...

I was a biker with a Suzuki 600 Bandit, a Honda Hornet 600 and to finish a Kawasaki Z750, but I sold this last bike to buy my house in 2009...

Return to my passion for rc tank. I have beginning this hobby in 2006 or 2007 with a............................. Heng Long tiger I :D .

Now I have differents projects.

A Sturmtiger Matorro with Dmd Tamiya inside almost finish...... since 1 year.
A Sd Kfz9 Famo from Asiatam. For the moment stopped for an important project. Inside it will be a Clark TK22.
A Bergepanther Heng Long not begin for moment, but I have the Dmd Tamiya for electronic.
And my actual project than I need to finish for the D Day is a Sherman Duplex Drive for a show.

This Sherman is a Matorro with upper from Nick Aguilar. Why a Sherman Duplex Drive? Because I love the funnies of Sir Percy Hobbart and particulary, this tank...

I hope my presentation is complete, but if you have some questions don' t hesitate to ask me.

Regards.

Fred.

Sorry for my errors but I use a translator just to control if what I am writing can be understood.

We are big on walking around and chatting while kicking the virtual road wheels. Again, welcome!, some of the others will be along soon to meet and greet.

Fred, welcome, has anybody said they would like to see pictures of your machinery, one day if I ever learn how to down load pictures I might be persuaded to do the same, whatever, you are very welcome, and please do not apologise for your English, I blush with embarassment when in Maurice where I go scuba diving, everyone speaks to me in French and my reply is always half French and half English. it does not help that my sister works in Geneve for the UN as a French/English, Italian/English interpreter. Ah the insular British, please forgive us. shaun

Hi Fred & welcome to the forum.
Ooooh that's some interesting projects.
Has anyone mentioned pictures? :haha:
Cheers
Lister
Ps the easiest way to post pictures
Is to open a photo bucket account (it's free)
Upload the photos from your pc.
Then click on the photo.
There will be some boxes on the right hand side.
Click on img & it will say "copied"
Then just paste into your post.
Done!
( were you paying attention Shaun? ;) )
Good luck
