not quite finished, not quite how i wanted it to look & not quite the colours i wanted :/
but i think if it was someone else's & they said to me what do you think of that, i'd say nice
it's growing on me the more i look at it :D
anyhoo here we go.............

Very nice lister.

You know they always seem to look better to other people at first, but will grow on you over time. The colours are always a bit bright when fresh, but they will blend a bit and will become more subtle if you use a wash on it.

Well done, I think it looks great.

I agree with Scalawag. A great pattern that with a wash will come out as completely authentic. ;o) Good Work!

Really nice job on the camo scheme Lister,
as already said, a tan wash for tritone camo will really tie this together well.

thanks for the wash tip, various washes on order :thumbup:
i'll update next week if they turn up in time.
also the tracks.......
there plastic & primed at the moment & look kinda pink (i'm thinking of you alpha! ;) )
i'm thinking metal silver with a rust wash. watch this space :shifty:
p.s sorry keith if you were hoping for a report on the brake fluid :haha:

a quick update
just to say i've painted the tools & given it a few coat's of matt clear.
but after a chat with scalawag, i've stopped being a tight arse & splashed out on some proper decals :D
so just waiting for them to turn up :/

i know mate, ironic really when you look at how much i spent on paint
what difference does another tenner make? :haha:
edit: i was still a tight arse by picking the decals with the most spare numbers & balkan crosses on it ;)
