Jukebox........ very nice......... I am dying to get my hands on these. Will check it out. $!50 euro is not bad at all. What are you plans for the tracks ? Would the old HL tracks work on it ? Also, I noticed that the inner wheels are the usual Taigen hex screw fare (Which is very good), bit what about the outer wheels ? How are they attached to the suspension arms ? Also, how soft are the torsion bars set at and what motor/gearset are you using ?

Hi MichaelC,
I have a set of the Taigen metal tracks to put on this but don't see any reason why the HL tracks couldn't be used, the outer road wheels are held in place the same as the inner road wheels, with the small grub screw. I think the torsion bars could do with being stiffer, with the metal gearboxes in the front of the hull looks to be sitting too low to me, comparing it with pictures of the Panther at Bovington. The gear sets are just a 4-1 white metal set I had knocking about, I'm going to fit a set of the black steel gears long term, or maybe a Walterson brass gear set if I can figure a way to make them fit!

Good Morning,
That is a serious piece of kit there. The new Jadgpanther hull coming out from Taigen is basically this exact unit as well. Their Panthers and Jadgpanthers will cost more but will really be worth the money.

Painless

oooh, that's a lovely looking bit of kit.
150 euros sounds quite reasonable but not for me at the moment
the wife would "do me"

Good Afternoon,
This Panther is really coming along with the aid of those lovely components. I am stoked about getting one of these excellent hulls for the KV-1 and turning it into a KV-2.
