Clark TK-22 Hull Reocil direction ?!?!

Hi all,
Haven't visited the Clark site for a while and decided to check it out and noticed they have added a section for Asiatam Recoil installation (Good for them !) although I think it is missing the part about connecting to Neg- battery supply so the recoil will reset, but I also caught the following Q/A:
"Q: Tank hull recoil movement direction is not correct, moves forward and then backward while firing main gun.
A: Just need to swap motor cables, CN6 to Motor Right, CN7 to Motor Left, and turn on servo reverser function on throttle channel from radio transmitter."
Has anyone notice this ? Am I correct in understanding that if you hull recoil is "backwards", they are asking you to swap the L/R motor wires and then switched them at the transmitter level ?
Most of the time I turn off hull recoil completely, but now I am intrigued to see if it didn't look right is because is backward (i.e. move forward then back).
