Hello Gents...
I know most of you experienced modellers know most of the tricks in the book when it come to RC tankery...guys like me.. we go searching sometimes..
I find stuff on YOUTUBE... that seem pretty cool... but with no explanation ... things just become an exercise in futility

Take this for instance... totally cool

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOzjyo035JQ

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wamt0dlofsU

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvR_9JjL_IU

but just enough to add up to a pile of beans

Why even bother I ask... as the benefit isn't truly shared

I too have searched for answers to some builds. Sometimes you have to look to other forums though. This is a good one to look at and many things can be useful in the tank hobby from this forum. They even have several Bruder D10 builds goi g on.

For mods and tips ... you would think a video could convey things well ... but the stuff on YOUTUBE... imo .. is just a waste of time.... the only worth is if you are interested in ready to runs... as you can clearly see the pros and cons of purchasing a pre-made model

I even found a video of the guy who is building the JS-2 ... about how he "easily" modded a recoil... unfortunately .. it was only for the TAMIYAs and it was super vague

It's like they are keeping secrets ... it's annoying... I say if they are going to share... share..if they want to keep it ... keep it and don't post anything... less clutter imo
