cheers ' one thing im trying to work out the fittings for spare track ' as all photos of kt porsche turret show them on top just above gun mantel front slope of turret but can't see the fittings '? any help appreciated , ray .

Good Morning,
As far as my understanding goes, it should be the same type of welded on 'L' bracket used by the Henschel turreted King Tigers. Someone on the forum here with a deeper knowledge can probably tell you for sure.

Hi Ray,

According to everything I have read none of the Porsche turrets came from the factory with hangers. There are a couple of shots of them on top as you said and I believe I have seen one pic with them on the side. If they did have them they would have been depot or field additions which means if you are doing a fictitious numbered tank do what you like! :D

cheers mate ' ye i know about the numbers its just what i had left in me tool box . will see what i come up with '' and it probably not stay like this long as i get bored with the look '' regards rayzzer-b . :thumbup:
