Hi Emajay,
Do you mean the just the outer wheel, or the whole axle? I assume your's is the older model with pins rather than screws holding the wheels on - The newer modles have a hex head cap screw thru the entire wheel.
Assuming that it is an older version, the outer wheels are just pushed on. Maybe a give the parts a little wipe with something to degrease them, and then a tiny drop of super glue should do the trick - be careful not to apply too much incase you need to have it apart later. If the whole wheel and axle have dropped off then the suspension arm has probably split - it was a common problem, which is why the later models use screws to hold the wheels in place. Somebody around here should have some spare arms left over from an upgrade if thats what you need.
Some pictures of the problem whould be helpfull too
Hope this helps
Mart

ah ok, the sprocket is held on with a small socket head cap screw. The hub cap does indeed come off - pry it off carefully with a small screw driver or scaple blade. You might find that the screw didn't get put in before it left the factory!
If it is missing, you need to pop down to your local hardware store and see if you can find a suitable replacement. Its a "M3 x 10mm long, hex socket head cap screw". It had to be a socket head, nothing else will be small enough to fit.
You'll need a set of 'allen keys' if you don't already have some laying around.
The rattle inside is normal, and probably not related. It's probably be just the connector on the radio anttena wire causing that - either that or you got an extra free screw

. It could be your missing sprocket screw, but I would have thought that unlikely.
If you want to take it apart and have a look, you need to remove the tracks as 6 of the screws are under the overhang - not a job for the faint hearted tho :-\

P.S. turn the caps lock off, it makes your message easier to read

You've come into the hobby at the right time, nothing like a recession to make you think twice about buying more toys

This way you get to finish one project before you get tempted by 30 others
