I agree Phil... at first I thought you might have given permission ... but now that I know you didn't ... it's down right dirty...
With that said... what you added to the video was great.... serves the guy right ... he should have at least offered you 60% off another tank or something ..

After finding out Phil didn't give the guy permission...your thought is the same as mine... the guy probably has no ethics ... I wouldn't trust him..
Because that's Piracy ...I checked out some of his other auctions..and all the videos where stolen from YOUTUBE

The guy has some balls though... he actually puts all his contact information on each page

Jezz... if I found out someone stole like this he would be getting a visit! I would tell him either stop or you will go legal. And by legal I mean his provider. I see he has an ebay store, is the video on there too? Ebay police are pretty good. They take a while but will get it done. We should plaster this guys name all over every forum and related site we can think of and get him the hell out of the business... Stupid ****....
