T55 strip down and rebuild

Managed to pick up a cheap T55 a few months ago ( cheers Matt ), decided to mod it to an early captured vehicle pressed in to IDF service. So far added stowage and jerry cans as well as a Coke tin antenna mount to the turret. Biggest job so far putting in a set of uprated suspension springs from Edwin, a must do upgrade if you want to stop the front and rear end sag whendriving the T55 suffers from. So without further ado pictures.

You've put the early d10t barrel on already? Stock T55 has d10ts?
I have one turning up soon

Good Morning,
That is a solid looking Tank with beefy interiors, metal, etc. This should be a fun rebuild!

Thanks for the comments guys. As to the barrel Ad lav I'm backdating this one to a T54 with turret roof vent which had the 100mm gun fitted without fume extractor, but I do have a later barrel which I could use if I decide to update to a T55. Appreciate the heads up about the barrel though.

Small update, swaped out the Hooben turret rotation system for a HL system. Took a little fettling to sort out but well worth it. Pictures to follow tomorrow.

DBC fitted and tested today. All running now after charging the battery, before that it just kept defaulting back to HL settings every time I tried to run it or fire the main gun. pictures to follow.
