Is it just me or the HL T34/85 looks too jacked up on the sprockets and the idlers ? I much preferred the WSN as it is lower and look more the part.

Yeah the t34 road wheels double up as return rollers of the tracks so the HL pictures look off. Probably to fit the standard gearboxes into the drive shaft locations.

Shame really if their get it right the chassis could be used for so many other tanks.

It's pretty much the same with many HL tanks, the Panther front sprocket is too low for instance. They seem to design all of their tanks around their standard issue gearboxes, thought they could simply fit a platform in there to get the right height. MInd you, if they got everything right, we wouldn't have anything to fix would we? :haha:

The Panther/Jagdpanther can be fixed by installing strong springs on the boggies which pushed the whole chassis up a little bit and more separation between the sprockets and the boggies so it is more perked up, but the T34 just looks stupid and I am not too sure how you can fix that. Maybe softer springs on the road wheels ? But if the separation is because the gear set than it is pretty well SOL.

LOL ... yeah it is quite jacked lol... about a half inch too high over the WSN.... check out Phil... he solved the problem... I used his tip.. and have it riding at the same height as the WSN

Now it's pretty SWEET :D
