hi
my h l tiger 1 gearbox plastic gears is klonking so i think i need to replace it. have been looking on welsh dragon website and theres 2
a 3-1 and 4-1 which do you recomend . or is there another one
running manly on grass and carpet ect
gearbox is only about 3 weeks old

Both are suitable , the new 4 to 1 black steel ones are very good ( cheaper too ) the brass 3 to 1's are O.K. but are louder and can have some quality issues .

Black steel ones are strong and very quiet if oiled lightly.

fitted the 4to 1 gearboxes today from wdm drives much nicer .
