HL-Tiger transmission reinforcement plates

Hi guys,
what is wrong with the transmission reinforcement plates?
Well, nothing, because they are completely missing.
As you can see, there is nothing.
What is missing?
See the following picture.
You can get those parts from different suppliers.
After grinding the edges a gluing them to the chassis it looks like this.
That´s it.
