hi guys
i have just been lent this booklet, this edition is from 1977, and has loads of informative stuff in there about bovington, in the next day or two, i will scan it in to my pc, and i will post the contents here, there is a photo in there of bovvy as it was in 1953, its a really good read and a real blast from the past

no worries guys, i hope to get it scanned tommorow, but i also want to get a high quality scan so it shows you guys clearly whats in it, and that may take a day or so, but i'll let you all know as soon as its done

I have the 1978 edition (I'd fotgotten I had it until I saw your pic!). Mine has a red cover, and is looking considerably worse for wear tho!

why dont you do what i'm doing with the one i got, scan it to youre pc and post it here, it would be a good comparison to the one i got here

Sounds like a good idea and I dont want to sound like a boring got here but scanning and posting the whole thing isnt going to upset the copywrite police is it?
Just dont want to see the forum closed down.

hi as promised here is the pictures of the the illustrated guide to bovington, i had to photograph it, my scanner is crap and wont scan it good enough, so it took me longer than expected. crispy i doubt the copywrite police will do anything, the booklet is 31yrs old and its not a cutting edge book, and i'm more than happy to take the flak,(if theres any) its to good not to share, so i am sharing
