Has anyone put the Clark TK22 system in the HL Sherman? I opened it up and there is very little room inside the hull. Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

The Clark boards are same dimensions as the rx18 so once you remove that it should fit in its place.

Tip for you when you remove the rx18 split the plastic case and put the Clark board in the back piece that way it protects the back from accidental damage by stopping it touching exposed metal In the tank.

The stock Sherman has the RX-18 tugged under one side of the battery compartment so that there is clearance for the elevation on the BB unit. I don't think you can tug the Clark TKs on the side like the RX-18s so there might be a problem there. One solution is to limit your elevation on the BB unit, or if you are using IR/recoil you can try switching to a servo recoil. Last option would be to forgo the smoker.

Another popular option is to take out the battery compartment and that will fix everything. I put in asiamtam recoil in my HL Sherman so there is not additional space required in the hull for elevation.
