i'd never used them before.
but there price for a metal tracks & sprocket set was too good to be true.
3 weeks later & no goodies.
i sent them an email enquiring at my purchase, with no response.
2 days later & it's now out of stock on there website.
2 weeks later get an email telling me it's been sent.
a week later it arrives........
just the tracks no sprockets.
it's in the delivery note.
i shall ring them on monday so fingers crossed
but i will not use them again & recommend them to the blacklist.
i will update this post with an outcome, when i get one
edit: their office is in london but it came from hong kong

just a final update.
I still have not received my sprockets, after countless emails assuring me they had sent them again & again.
I have given up & will purchase them elsewhere.
so be warned!

If you bought them using a card, you should be able to get a refund.

If they're on the black list, and you know people have been screwed by them, why would you even want to entertain the idea of sending them money? At that point you're asking to be buggered.

Jack, more than once I have asked the same question.
There seems little point in having a BLACKLIST if members of the Forum not only continue trying to deal with these people, but when they inevitably get ripped off come on these pages to complain. ???
Having little appetite for masochism I fail to see the appeal.

Shaun, I'm glad I'm not the only one confused by some members. I hate to see good people parted with their money and get nothing in return.

I only thought about them because they are not far from me, & they where offering a stug 3 for a low price of £ 80 standard version, but as they can not be bother`d to reply to my e-mail or answer the phone ,I wont be buying from them ,tanker 242.
