Stalemate in regard of posting pictures.

Sorry to appear rather dense on this subject, but I have read the FAQ's but I'm still unclear regarding if:
I am allowed to post pictures yet?. Or do I need to get the approval as mentioned in the FAQ's? I did attempt to post a picture of the mods to the Bulldog, and the picture did appear albeit just thumbnail sized.
I have used Microsoft Digital Image Suite for posting pictures for some time now, but scaling down to the required file attachment size meant when the picture did appear in the post it was rather miniscule in appearance?
