Are there more preserved Tiger 1's than we thought?

I was idly looking for news on the surviving Vimoutiers Tiger 1 (we may be going to France this summer) and came across a footnote on the wiki entry about a local appeal to raise funds to restore the tank.

Anyway, this led me to the following article:

Well blow me down, if you click on the third photo you come to this:

"Two Tiger tanks restoration in Germany by the company Hoebig" it says. Two?! The one in the background is obviously a late pattern steel wheel variant. Unless it's the one previously displayed in Russia at the Lenino-Snegirl Museum (not the Kubinka one which is mid-production) then this would appear to be another, unknown tank. Even if it is the former then it's pretty exciting that it is being restored.

And the one in the foreground?

Who can find out more?!

Further searches bring me to the excellent surviving Tigers page at:

http://the.shadock.free.fr/Surviving_Tigers.pdf

As you will see this appears to be a reassembly job with 90% original parts culled from Normandy scrapyards and Eastern Europe. It is now on display at the Munster Museum.

Still very impressive though...

Yep, the shadock site is pretty neat for finding surviving ____________ fill in the blanks. I have the feeling that if you had the money, time and crew you could scour mother Russia and find enough pieces and parts to build a few more too.
